Up for sale is very unique ring we recently acquired, an Antique Nautical Themed LARGE 10ct Aquamarine Solid Sterling Silver & 10k Yellow Gold Men's Ring. This VERY HEAVY 16.3 Gram (0.57 Ounce) Whopping Over 1/2 Ounce Antique Solid Sterling Silver & 10k Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful LARGE 10ct 16.5x12.5mm Natural Aquamarine Gemstone. Aquamarine is both Genuine & Earth Mined and is guaranteed as such. The impurities in Aquamarine give it color and in this case this Aquamarine has a light blue tint. Aquamarine is the birthstone for the month of March. The seawater color of aquamarine has given this gemstone its name as the name “aquamarine” is derived from the Latin word for seawater. Writers of the middle Ages claimed aquamarine was the most popular and effective of the “oracle” crystals. This is an old hand cut gemstone with nice color and internal feather crystal formation feather and inclusions. This Fantastic Aquamarine is a Rectangular Smooth Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and polished instead of being faceted. This Aquamarine Gemstone is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION and is free of any chips, nicks, cracks or scratches. This is a VERY HEAVY and Substantial 16.3 Gram (0.57 Ounce) Whopping Over 1/2 Ounce Ring. This classic 1930's ring features 10k Gold vermeil very detailed tall sailing ships on the sides. The darker grooves on the sides of the ring are the natural patina of the ring that only comes with age. We only lightly polished the ring and did not remove this patina. If you would like us to polish the ring further to remove this patina just let us know, it is no problem at all. This ring is marked "STERLING 10k GOLD TOP" and tests as and is guaranteed to be Solid Sterling Silver (Again this ring is guaranteed to be Solid Sterling Silver not plated or layered) Aside from some gold detail wear this ring is otherwise in GOOD CONDITION and will arrive ready to wear.
Ring Size & Measurements: This ring is a size 110 1/2 and can be sized up or down by any competent jeweler. Ring dimensions are 30mm tall and 25mm wide. Ring rises 8.5mm from the finger. (1 inch = 25mm) 16.3 Grams (0.57 Ounces) Over 1/2 Ounce Total Weight
