Here at NXT Level Jewelry, each piece is carefully inspected during our cataloging process to ensure it is in the best possible condition for another lifetime of wear. We uphold strict quality standards so that you can wear and cherish your jewelry for many years to come. However, if anything should happen to your piece we are here to help. You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. The item must be returned in original condition with all original packaging, fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation within a 10 day period from us confirming your return request.

International buyers residing in countries that are subject to EU regulations have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. On international orders, refunds will not include any import duties, customs or tax fees.

We make every effort to represent our rings accurately by listing the weight of our rings down to the tenth of a gram and dimensions to the mm. Please use these measurements to gauge heft and scale.

We also take great care to photograph our items clearly. All of our photos are taken using DAYLIGHT BULBS with a color temperature of 5000k so the colors in the photos are extremely close to a true representation of the actual color of the rings and gemstones.
