Up for sale is a recent find from a large collection of Turquoise pieces acquired at Auction, an Antique 1920's Art Deco LARGE Natural RARE SWIRLING ORANGE MATRIX Kingman Mine Turquoise Hand Engraved & Milgrained 14k Solid White Yellow & Rose Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This HEAVY 0.9 Gram (0.35 Ounces) Whopping Over 1/3 Ounce Antique 1920's Art Deco 14k Solid White Yellow & Rose Gold Men's Ring is set with a Stunning VERY LARGE 20x15mm STUNNING RARE ORANGE SWIRLING Matrix Natural Kingman Turquoise cabochon. This Turquoise is natural and not color enhanced in any way. The Kingman mine in northwestern Arizona is one of the largest turquoise mines. Kingman blue is common, this Kingman is a lighter blue with AMAZING RARE ORANGE SWIRLING Matrix not commonly found in most Kingman Turquoise. Natural Kingman is highly collectible. In the late 1880’s to the early 1900’s, Kingman Turquoise was mined by the Aztec Turquoise Co., the Los Angeles Gem Co., Arizona Turquoise Co., Southwest Turquoise Co. and Mineral Park Turquoise Co. The Kingman mine re-opened in September 2004 after being closed in the 1970’s. This Turquoise is a Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. Aside from a little naturally occurring pitting this Turquoise is in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION free of any nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. This classic 14k solid white gold ring has great solid yellow & rose gold shoulder accents with beautiful hand engraved and milgrained shoulder. Milgrain details look so beautiful, appealing and interesting because the beaded pattern is able to make the area resemble the edge of a coin. A specialized jeweler's hand tool is used to create interesting texture that is said to resemble tiny beading or embroidery. This is a HEAVY and Substantial 9.9 Gram (0.35 Ounce) Whopping Over 1/3 Ounce 14k Solid Gold Ring, The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished white gold.
