Up for sale is an Estate Auction find, an Antique 1920's Art Deco Natural Mosaic Opal Turquoise Intarsia Inlay 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful 16x12mm Natural Mosaic Opal Turquoise Intarsia Inlay Gemstone. Intarsia inlay is made by precise fitting together of polished gemstones into a single multi gemstone unit. This GEMSTONE is a TRUE WORK of ART. All the gemstones in this intarsia are both Genuine & Natural and guaranteed as such. This Natural RAINBOW Mosaic Opal with Fantastic ELECTRIC GREEN FIRE & RARE RED/ORANGE FIRE with areas of GOLDEN & BLUE FIRE. Again this is mosaic opal has AMAZING RAINBOW fire, that is visible across the opals Also the luster of this opal is marvelous. Many opals only exhibit a couple of colors while this fantastic opal mosaic displays a RAINBOW of colors. This Mosaic opal doublet is an artistic creation where the brightest tiny slices of genuine & natural solid opal are assembled into an irregular tiled pattern. We took quite a few photos of this stunning opal under different lighting conditions to give an idea of the abundance and brightness of the fire and where it occurs. This intarsia gemstone is a Rectangular Flat Cabochon Cut with ROBIN'S EGG blue inlaid natural turquoise borders. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This is one of the most beautiful inlaid gemstones we have had the opportunity to put up for sale. This intarsia gemstone is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION free of any cracks, nicks, chips or scratches. This Classic 1920's Art Deco ring has ornate scroll column shoulder details. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished gold. This ring is fully hallmarked "10k" and tests as and is guaranteed to be 10k Solid Gold.
