Up for sale is a find from a large collection of Turquoise pieces acquired at Auction, an Antique 1920's Art Deco Natural RARE SWIRLING /ORANGE MATRIX Kingman Mine Turquoise 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful 16x12mm STUNNING RARE ORANGE SWIRLING Matrix Natural Kingman Turquoise cabochon. This Turquoise is natural and not color enhanced in any way. The Kingman mine in northwestern Arizona is one of the largest turquoise mines. Kingman blue is common, this Kingman is a lighter blue with AMAZING RARE ORANGE SWIRLING Matrix not commonly found in most Kingman Turquoise. Natural Kingman is highly collectible. In the late 1880’s to the early 1900’s, Kingman Turquoise was mined by the Aztec Turquoise Co., the Los Angeles Gem Co., Arizona Turquoise Co., Southwest Turquoise Co. and Mineral Park Turquoise Co. The Kingman mine re-opened in September 2004 after being closed in the 1970’s. This Turquoise is a Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This Turquoise is in MINT PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION free of any nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. This classic ring has Ornate Curved Stepped shoulder details. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished gold. This ring is fully hallmarked "10k" and tests as and is guaranteed to be 10k solid gold. (Again this ring is guaranteed to be Solid Gold not plated or layered) Aside from a little corner bezel wear this ring is otherwise in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION and will arrive ready to wear.
