Up for sale is a ring from a large collection of Turquoise pieces acquired at Auction, an Antique 1920's Art Deco Natural RARE ORANGE MATRIX Robin's Egg Blue Kingman Mine Turquoise 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring is set with a Beautiful 16x12mm RARE ORANGE Matrix Natural Kingman Turquoise cabochon. This Turquoise is natural and not color enhanced in any way. The Kingman mine in northwestern Arizona is one of the largest turquoise mines. Kingman blue is common, this Kingman is a STUNNING Robin's Egg Blue with an AMAZING RARE ORANGE Matrix not commonly found in most Kingman Turquoise. Natural Kingman is highly collectible. In the late 1880’s to the early 1900’s, Kingman Turquoise was mined by the Aztec Turquoise Co., the Los Angeles Gem Co., Arizona Turquoise Co., Southwest Turquoise Co. and Mineral Park Turquoise Co. The Kingman mine re-opened in September 2004 after being closed in the 1970’s. This Turquoise is a Domed Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This turquoise is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION free of any cracks, nicks, scratches, or chips. This Solid 10k Yellow Gold Setting has beautiful raised fluted shoulder details. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished gold. This ring is marked with a worn "10k" purity mark and tests as and is guaranteed to be 10k solid gold. (Again this ring is guaranteed to be Solid Gold not plated or layered) This ring is in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION and will arrive ready to wear.
