Up for sale is an Beautifully Unusual Cocktail Ring acquired at auction, an Antique 1920's Art Deco Natural Turquoise RARE Striped Intarsia Inlay Hand Milgrained Filigree 10k Solid Yellow Gold Ladies Cocktail Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful 18x8.5mm VERY RARE Natural Turquoise Intarsia Inlay Gemstone. Intarsia is made by precise fitting together of polished gemstones into a single multi gemstone unit. All the turquoise in this intarsia is both Genuine & Natural and guaranteed as such. This Turquoise inlay gemstone is made up of six different types of Turquoise from different regions and mines. The colors range from (top to bottom) Ocean Blue to Cerulean to Sky Blue to Mint Green to Ice Blue to Cobalt Blue. This is all natural Turquoise that is not color enhanced in any way and is guaranteed as such. This Turquoise is an Elongated Octagonal Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. The Turquoise is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION and is free of any chips, cracks or scratches. This turquoise is held securely by a complete bezel setting. This Classic 1920's Art Deco has nice hand milgrained elements detailing the beautiful filigree. Milgrain edging looks so beautiful, appealing and interesting because the pattern is able to make the decorative edging look like tiny beads. A specialized jeweler's hand tool is used to create interesting texture that is said to resemble tiny beading or embroidery The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished gold. The interior is marked "PAT.APLD." meaning a US patent was applied for by the jewelry designer. This ring is fully hallmarked "10k" and tests as and is guaranteed to be 10k solid gold.
