Up for sale is a recent Auction find, an Antique 1920's Art Deco MULTICOLOR MOSAIC Natural Turquoise 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION.This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful 16x12mm MULTICOLOR MOSAIC Natural Turquoise gemstone. This Turquoise is an Octagonal Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and polished instead of being faceted. This turquoise is amazing and is made up of small natural turquoise nuggets from different mines that have been bonded together under extreme pressure using a resin that contains crystalline natural pyrite giving the matrix a metallic shine. The Mosaic of Multi Shades of Blue with the Golden Pyrite look wonderful in the Yellow Gold Setting. This old style Mosaic Turquoise ends up being more durable than solid turquoise and much more colorful. This turquoise is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION free of any nicks, chips or breaks. This 1920's Art Deco ring also has ornate details on the shoulders. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished gold. This ring is marked "10k" and tests as and is guaranteed to be 10k Solid Gold.
