Up for sale is ring from a large collection of Turquoise pieces acquired at Auction, a Vintage RARE Natural #8 Mine Nevada Spiderweb Turquoise 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring. This Vintage 1940's 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring is set with a Stunning 16x14mm RARE Natural #8 Mine Turquoise Gemstone. This #8 Mine Turquoise is of the HIGHEST QUALITY and has Beautiful Sky Blue Color with a chocolate brown matrix. This is all natural Turquoise that is not color enhanced in any way and is guaranteed as such. The #8 Turquoise mine in Eureka County north of Carlin Nevada was discovered in 1925 and first mined in 1929 until its depletion. The mine was closed as a result of the discovery of gold in 1976 when the Newton Gold Company claimed the area. In its prime, the Number 8 mine produced some of the largest nuggets of turquoise ever found. This Turquoise is a Cushion-Shaped Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This turquoise is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION absolutely free of any chips, nicks, cracks or scratches. This classic ring also has great ridged shoulder details. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished white gold. Aside from a few small dings this ring is otherwise in GOOD CONDITION and will arrive ready to wear.

Ring Size & Measurements: This ring is a size 10 and can be sized up or down by any competent jeweler. Ring dimensions are 25mm tall and 22mm wide. Ring rises 4.5mm from the finger. (1 inch = 25mm) 5.8 Grams (0.20 Ounce) 1/5 Ounce Total Weight
Gold: The purity mark or markings have worn away or have been sized out but it has been tested and is guaranteed to be 10k solid gold. (Again this ring is guaranteed to be Solid Gold not plated or layered)
